Usui Reiki

Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a Reiki master (who has undergone formal training in this healing art) uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy (what’s known in Reiki as “life force energy”) through the client’s body to reduce stress and promote healing.

Reiki has been studied for conditions like pain, anxiety, and depression. It’s a complementary treatment, which means you use it along with other proven holistic treatments. It doesn’t cure or get rid of any health conditions by itself.

Relaxation Massage Therapy

Relaxation massage, is a form of massage therapy that focuses on providing general relaxation, to relieve muscle tension and improving blood circulation. Its primary goal is to assist the client in escaping the demands of their mundane tasks and taking quality time to recover from the stresses of everyday life.

What you can expect the treatment to involve:

• Long, smooth, gliding strokes that are both rhythmic and flowing

• Pressure that is deeply relaxing, but not painful

• A treatment designed to relax and soothe you, but not to relieve chronic pain or other underlying conditions

• Essential oils may alsao be used to help increase the aromatic pleasure and aid with emotional support

• Crystals may also be used to help remove any energetic blockages

Aromatherapy is a holistic healing treatment that uses aromatic materials such as natural plant extracts, essential oils, and other aroma compounds. Aromatherapy uses aromatic blends to medicinally improve and support the health of the mind, body, and spirit. It enhances both physical and emotional health.

AromaTouch Technique®

The AromaTouch Technique® is the application of essential oil to the back and feet. This technique combines the unique benefits of human touch with the power of essential oils to create an overall wellness experience. The essential oils used in the AromaTouch Technique were chosen for their individual and combined aromatic properties.

Energetic Sugar Scrub Massage

Energy healing and sugar scrub all in one!

An energetic sugar scrub massage uses a special scrub blend to exfoliate, smooth and remove any dead skin cells. It helps with the removal of toxins from the bosy and will leave youe skin glowing. This type of massage is beneficial for both the skin, body and mind. Energy is also used during your massage to help remove and release blockages that occur in our bodies.

The scrub typically used in this kind of massage is a special blend of sugar, essential oils and organic coconut oil. Crystals may be used to support the removal of energy blocks leaving you feeling light and balanced.

Enjoy an energy fiiled manicure. Your regular manicure will comprise of essential oils and crystals that are inutitvely selected to compliment your healing experience. Your hands will enjoy a bath in this blend to allow all your negative emotions to be soak away. You will receive a gentle massage that will improve circulation and promote healing from the stress of everyday life. Complete your manicure with regular lacquer polish. Pedicures

This energetic experience is one of kind. Enjoy a little extra to your typical pedicure. Your appointment will begin with a soak in an intuitely selected blend of crystals and essential oils to compliment your healing journey. Relax and let the magik healing begin. Enjoy a gentle massage of the feet, toes and lower legs which helps to promote circulation and to relieve stress and tension. Complete your service with lacquer polish or upgrade to gell for an additional cost.
